Hello!
Can I upload bigger icon than 16x16 with YaTqa?
When I uploaded 32x32 icon, its changed to 16x16 automatically, but WHY?!

This has been fixed since server version 3.1.0. There is an addon that reverts it back every single client will have to install it.
My opinion, keep it as it is now.

What is the name of this addon?
I'll install it and check it.
and second question is
Does this add-on have to be installed by any user of teamspeak3 or can be uploaded to server, so that everyone can see these icons without any additions.

Don't remember it's name but it's uploaded under teamspeak addons page.
As I said above every each one of the clients will have to install it.

i don't know something more. i never used it so i can't tell you why it doesn't work.
