I need a bot that when someone enters the channel i and write !servegrup (!csgo) to gain CSGO icon.

Hmm, interesting idea.
Not sure if it'll work on all channels since let's say you'll configure a query bot to do this, the bot will only see commands from the current channel it's in.
Unless if you want to enable serverchat (which I wouldn't do), or create an user client that responds to the commands.

So if you want it to work it has to be a client or in the serverchat.

Or create a mirror of Admin Server query and remove everything except the permissions required according to the source if you want.
