error when edite channel

i want the channel admin to be able edit permission channel but show this error:
insufficient permission modify power
I was very searchable and tried many ways but show error. There is a problem for other server group.
plz help me i tired.

What permission you have in that teamspeak?

new problem:
I want to permission a channelgroup to build a channel but when create channel show error.
I do not want to allow a server group create channel just create channel with channel group.
teamspeak not allow create channel to channel group and need to set permission on server group.
skip perm in not set on server group.
I'm sorry my English is poor
