I had that problem too when i did create that for the first time....as i didn't find a specific thing to fix, i just deleted the whole Rank system folders and SQL Database and i re-installed it! That worked and still works for me!Yes , But when I start the system following an acute problem :

The problem stands in the message "Error 110: Connection timed out". That means the script can't reach the TeamSpeak server. So check the connection details you entered in the webinterface. Also there could be a problem (firewall etc.) to reach the query on your TeamSpeak server from your webhost (webserver) via TCP.

It's removed for some reason, I don't know why, outdated stuff always stays on the forum but I guess mine are not important enough to stay.

Just copy both of the ts3server.sqlitedb (Both of the db files) and the files folder.
Install a completely new server and then copy the backup and drag it into the new server.. overwrite all files and done. - Restart the server and everything should be back to normal.

query_ip_whitelist.txt - If you have multiple IP's whitelisted
ts3server.ini
ts3server.sqlitedb (as mentioned earlier this is the most important file)

Put this file and query lib into webhost. Than edit file and set configs with ur own info.
Botname - name of your rank bot
Tsaddress - ip of ts3 server (localhost if you host on own server)
Queryport - 10011 queryport which is used to menage server
TsPort - udp port of ts3 server
Serveradmin and password is query credentials.
Bellow are bot configs for ranks. I think that you understand.
To run this 4ever you need to screen php run file. You can find example on my resource (run file).
