Reading the licensekey.dat from TS3-Servers possible?

In this file is my name, my adress, my phonenumber and I want to know if anybody can see this.

Its just text file with some info. Anyone who have access to it can see file info.

You mean you have license, and you're hosting more than one server? Can you be more specific
No one who doesn't have access to that licensekey.dat file can't see nor read anything about it. Neither if you're hosting more than 1 server with your license
