Installation:
1. Put this in your hosts-file!!!

2. Download the package you need:

3. Extract the .zip file

4. The last steps to start your TeamSpeak 3 Server:
On Linux:
First step: "./AccountingServerEmulator"
Second step: "./ts3server_startscript.sh start"

On Windows:
First step: "AccountingServerEmulator"
Second step: "ts3server.exe"

I don't think it's a Virus, yet it is a Rule to always provide Virustotal.

I put the crack files from this topic to my orginal files and run the server but before I run the AccountingServerEmulator-Linux and wait 10 secounds.

You stopped your old TeamSpeak 3 Server and AccountingServerEmulator and extracted the zip package in one directory above your teamspeak directory.
Then your server should ask you: "overwrite all?" and you have to accept this.
Then you should give the directory the permissions and start the AccountingServerEmulator.
10 seconds later the TeamSpeak 3 Server.

It says that there is no license key.
You have to move the licensekey.dat also in your TeamSpeak 3 Server directory.

I'm using centos 6.8 x64 and Auto Start script for ts. If I must wait 10 second after the type "./AccountingEmulator-Linux" I can't do this with my script. How can I do this. If I don't wait 10 seconds. What happens?

You have to wait 5-10 seconds before starting your TeamSpeak 3 Server.
And you should wait because the AccountingServerEmulator needs his time to start.
When it's running you can start your ts3server.

"ts3server", "ts3accounting" and "ts3dns"

The crontabs will execute the script like this:
"./etc/init.d/ts3anticrash ts3server" or like this "./etc/init.d/ts3anticrash ts3accounting" too
Or how did you execute the script that this error appers?
