is there a way to check how many other Virtual Teamspeak3 Servers are running on a Server and whats the IPs/Ports are?
I searched something like that but dont found anything till now.

You can check all the Ports of one IP for open Teamspeak servers with a script. But since the server can host other VM's with other IP's you will not be able to find every Teamspeak on it.
