yes , as free alternatives you can use Psicho killer webinterface.. but i personally dosen't like it and i wrote a custom panel in PHP (by myself)

Derp good question. Im still looking for some web based administration for my TS server. I already donated yatqa but I cant use yatqa on my mobile phone xD

No, its a panel for commercial purpose... i wont free hosting as freets3 ovh have this panel use my panel.. if i will relase it it will be under licensing system and crypted by security systems as ioncube and base64 compression

sure, but remain my own private panel. i will not share because i have a single license (i used as html template thin admin)
