ts3server.pid Error Need Help!

when i host my teamspeak 3 server, after 2 days its shutting down, when i logged to terminal (ubuntu) and tried start server again i got this error and cant rm -r or rm -rf ts3 files, cant "cd anyfile" on ts3 directory.

I am getting this error:

ts3server.pid found, but no server running. Possibly your previously started server crashed
Please view the logfile for details.
#my server version: 3.0.12.1

i cant "cd logfile"or anyfile, how to fix this? please help me

What is the error when you try to change the directory?

U need to use ubuntu ? Try set up with Debian 7.8 or ArchLinux.
Did u tryed run it with other user (do u run it with root ??), Check /etc/hosts , and check file permission / groupe permission chown -R user:groupe /dir chmod -R 777 /dir

no need to make anything on hosts, 3.0.11.4 works perfect on my server, but new version is shutting down after 2 days with that error
