I tryed to start directly thourh terminal,
but it crashes after few seconds.

Okay i figure out something.
Flood settings should be set on ignore.
But there is still stranger problem,bot crashes again...

Could you try webinterface/ without .php?

I think you might need to do something extra to make it work on windows, if it was the same as linux the website wouldn't say: http://i.imgur.com/VCtz49H.png
You could try contacting newcomer1989 on his own teamspeak server.

Oh I thought you were running on windows, my bad.
You could try a clean install, if that doesn't work reinstall vps if you don't have much on it. (back-up) if you do. Else I wouldn't know what's causing it if you followed all steps correctly.

I guess your PHP version is under 5.5.0.. Please check this out!
Check the logs folder have a chmod 0777. The webuser of your webserver need the permissions to write the log file.
For your error, which you get when open via console -> please be sure the webhost is whitelisted at your ts3 server.
Other stuff is to much for this evening. I will try to read and answer it the next few days.

You have installed it in the wrong directory. Move it from /var/www to /var/www/html/ and all will be good ;-)
