Remove everything and keep only the following lines:

Thank you for clarifying it needed only those three and to delete everything else, it's working fine now.

That means your database file is destroyed!
if you have a backup file - upload it else you will have to create an new teamspeak server!

Can i update my 3.0.12.4 to 3.0.13.6 ?

I tried do this and i get this error:

./AccountingServerEmulator-Linux
Segmentation fault

and this :

./ts3server_startscript.sh start
ts3server.pid found, but no server running. Possibly your previously started server crashed
Please view the logfile for details.
Starting the TeamSpeak 3 server
./ts3server_startscript.sh: 42: ./ts3server_startscript.sh: ./ts3server: not found
TeamSpeak 3 server could not start

3.0.12.4 starts fully without errors.

as there are database updates from version 3.0.13.x you should first update your server to version: 3.0.13.0 and then update it again at 3.0.13.6!

it's recommended to only host 200 virtual servers!

You can install the Anti-Crash which Supervisor has includes in the installation script. Check the GIF

Notes: Make sure to replace the User and Path to your existing Installation.
Also TSDNS is not needed in most cases.

Your issue won't get solved by just installing the anti-crash! You server will still crash ever couple of hours and just restarts automatically!
The accounting emulator doesn't work properly. You should check that out.
