No, database integrity check usually is done within the second.

Might be some corruption in your database (doubt it) but that doesn't explain your server shutting down.

Why after install account emulator starting correctly, but reboot, i can't run it again?

when i manually run accemulator i see only in emu_log

If you check the forum you will find a post about auto start emulator and teamspeak on vps boot or reboot!

That mean that your emulator hasn't started or it's not working properly!
https://r4p3.net/threads/scripts-for-ts3-server-autostart-anticrash.24/ => In this thread, follow the proccess to have both Teamspeak 3 Server and Emulator started on reboot!
Make sure to change the file path with your own one.

i can move emulator to another directory?
i have vps in blazingfast, maybe we blocking this file by name or crc/sha, i tried to change name, crc of file with no effect.
i using debian 8 x64, chmod 755 in emulator file. in ubuntu 14 this same problem
in new directory this same effect, empty file ts3accserveremu.log is creating, i no have idea what can i do.

As i have tested the emulator in both ubuntu and debian and works very well, i would suggest you to re-download and re-upload the emulator file!

Please type apt-get install curl if youj run Ubuntu or Debain or yum install curl if you run CentOS
But if i type: apt-get install curl, than is come: E: Package 'curl' has no installation candidate
can anyone helps me, or what i have to do?

Teamspeak doesnt support Ipv6 and it creates problems on non IPv6 aware servers
