Its not because of cracked... cracked or not doesnt change anything on the networking connectivity

No, 100mb/s is fine. Try another hosting provider if everyone has the same issue.
Are you sure about your speed ? Did you check with speedtest ?

its around 1-4% (CPU E5-1650 v3 @ 3.50GHz) RAM Usages its 240 MB from 2GB

the port is blocked, so no reply comes from it. if it was open to the public (which is just a dumb listener), you'd raise a red flag instantly
